Development layouts for the financier's personal tropical island featured within the released materials.
Additionally contained in this recent photograph disclosure appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had drawn up development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by building residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Marked on the plan is a channel, a strait in the territory, indicated on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and features a notes section identifying distinct sections of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what appear to be nine other construction diagrams and construction drawings, including designs for marina coverings.
Additional images disclosed as part of the ongoing congressional release.
